Welcome to the holistic world of Ayurvedic and wellness! I’m a passionate Ayurvedic nutritionist and certified 500 hour certified yoga teacher, dedicated to guiding you on a journey towards optimal health and well-being.

My mission is to empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being by harnessing the transformative power of Ayurvedic nutrition. Through education, support, and personalized guidance, I aim to inspire a holistic approach to living that nurtures both the body and the mind.

I understand everyone is different and everyone’s living situations are also varied, this information I talk about can and will manifest in each persons life differently!

About Me:

I grew up in Northwest Arkansas, on a small farm. I had an amazing community of friends and family around me at all times. In 2018 I moved to Hawaii and it was there that I was introduced to the “world of wellness,” this statement is multifaceted and that is why I am excited to share about so many different topics here. I spend most of my time these days researching, making things (of all sorts), cooking and doing yoga!

Like I mentioned before, I am also an Ayurvedic Nutritionist! Confidently, I blend the science of nutrition with the timeless principles of Ayurveda to create personalized and sustainable wellness plans for individuals seeking balance and harmony in their lives. My approach is rooted in the belief that true health goes beyond the physical body; it encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. I offer online and in person meetings to nurture this! Some of my favorite topics include:

I will also be sharing recipes and herbal remedies as well as resources I find useful!

Philosophy:

At the core of my practice is the belief that each person is unique, and their wellness journey should be treated as such. Ayurveda recognizes the individual constitution, or dosha, and tailors recommendations accordingly. Any of the information I put on this site is not meant to treat or diagnose disease or supplement for any medication!

I take pride in working closely with my clients, taking into account their unique makeup, lifestyle, and health goals to create personalized nutrition plans that promote balance and vitality.
